We value your time, and we hope you value ours. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  We understand that life happens, and adjustments are needed. We kindly ask that you contact your stylist directly to provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

We want to provide you with the best experience possible. To maximize your appointment time, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a late arrival of 15 minutes or more, we may need to reschedule or adjust your appointment to accomodate the guests after you.

We love kids! However, if they are not receiving a service, we ask that you leave them at home. We strive to offer a relaxing space for all our clients. Due to our limited space, hot tools, chemicals, and sharp shears, it poses a hazard for unattended children. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring another adult to look after them during your appointment. 

We offer complimentary WiFi, and you are welcome to it. Please keep your phone on silent when possible. We kindly ask that you keep your phone conversations to a minimum to allow a relaxing environment for yourself and all our guests.
