upon arrival
In the midst of Covid-19, we still want to provide you with the best experience possible. Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands before we begin our appointment.
masks + safety
For your appointment, masks are now optional. We will also allow sufficient time to properly sanitize and disinfect our station following our previous client. To minimize the amount of guests in the salon, please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment.
additional guests
Due to operating at a limited capacity, and increased safety procedures - additional family, friends, or children are not allowed to accompany you during your appointment.
refreshments
Refreshments, snacks, and magazines are back! However, we still do encourage bringing your favorite snack, a fully charged electronic device, or a book for entertainment.
travel
We know you've been anxiously awaiting your appointment! However, if you have recently travelled outside the US, been exposed to or tested positive for Covid within the last 14 days, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to reduce any potential exposure.
cancellations
If you are experiencing any Covid-related symptoms, we kindly ask that you contact your artist directly to reschedule your appointment.
